We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to expand their experience in a fast paced, consulting environment with exposure to multiple systems, processes, and integrations, primarily Salesforce. The Salesforce Administrator will lead the development and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce to support our clients in a wide-range of scenarios including configuration, user support, requirement analysis, report and dashboard creation, user training, and quality assurance procedures to meet overall business needs.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce instance through customizations of objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
  • Troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve problems reported by users in a timely manner
  • Build reports and dashboards and maintain a solid information architecture within the database across all applications
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and application configuration
  • Develop and deliver documentation and presentations to end-users to illustrate solutions, new functionality, and provide training for end-users
  • Train users on systems
  • Perform simple and complex daily administration tasks such as data manipulation, data loading, merging of duplicate records, managing custom fields, objects, layouts, list views, security configuration, complex workflows/Process/Flows, and overall system configuration

Your Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Extremely resourceful (self-study / solve their own problems / thousands of free resources online)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus – experience preferred
  • Knowledge in ETL processes for moving and translating data.
  • Flexibility with a demonstrated ability to embrace change.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision making, and conflict-resolution ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
