We are looking for a Technical Project Manager.

As the Technical Project Manager, you will facilitate the Agile process and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure continuous delivery of the highest quality solutions to our partners.  Your top priority is to build strong and trusted relationships with our partners by delivering high quality projects on time and on budget. You must be able to navigate highly regulated environments with ease and be a detail-oriented project/program manager, with an aptitude for technology.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure the implementation of an Agile working framework for multiple development teams across various technological environments.
  • Manage project requirements, scope, timeline, and facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
  • Responsible for testing, documentation, and sign-off of requirements to spec
  • Manage an aligned sprinting methodology that creates momentum and quality delivery across various technology environments.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration, decision-making, issue resolution, and consensus among the team members and dependent teams
  • Be a problem-solver that can think fast on your feet and adjust to change with ease
  • Understand key business objectives and identify areas for optimization,
    present solutions, and protect the integrity of the product
  • Abide by and advocate for controls and process required in a highly regulated environment
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and backlog management
  • Work with product owners and development teams to handle backlogs and new requests
  • Provide information and metrics for project reporting and analytics

Your Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certification in Project Management (i.e. PMP)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving, decision making, and conflict-resolution ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills and interest in leadership
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to learn about technology and client management. The ideal candidate will become familiar with various pieces of technology, how they are used to solve business problems, how to work with and service various stakeholders, and how to communicate and produce in a fast-paced environment.

The Salesforce Administrator will assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of the licensed Salesforce instance to support our client in a wide range of scenarios including user support requests, page configuration, requirement analysis, report and dashboard creation, user training, and quality assurance strategies to meet overall business needs. If you aspire to a career in any facet of IT, this is the ideal entry role position to gain first-hand experience and learn from a group of seasoned professionals.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the management of day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce instance through customizations of objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
  • Troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve problems reported by users in a timely manner
  • Build reports and dashboards and maintain a solid information architecture within the database across all applications
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and application configuration
  • Develop and deliver documentation and presentations to end-users to illustrate solutions, new functionality, and provide training for end-users
  • Train users on systems
  • Perform simple daily administration tasks such as data transformation, managing custom fields, objects, layouts, list views, security configuration, workflows/Process/Flows, and overall system configuration

Your Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Self-motivated with an ability to learn independently, as needed
